Moi si je te donne une idée je dois te le faire en anglais

me: hi 
doctor: hello my child have a seat 
me : ok
doctor : so open your mouth so i can check you beauty little tooth
me : ahhhh...
doctor : you should brush you teeth evry day you know that ;or the tooth will be totally damaged 
me  : i am brushing me teeth after evry meal but don't worry i'll be fine 
doctor :here is your candy sweet heart 

that just a quik dialoge i can do better than this but i just wanna know if this is what your looking for
