Calcul de x =.... x = 850 - y ( 2 )

On reporte la valeur de x dans la première équation

=  5( 850 - y ) + 3y = 3 800

= 4 250 - 5 y + 3 y = 3 800

= - 2 y = 3 800 - 4 250

= - 2 y = - 450

= 2 y = 450

 y = 225

Donc x vaudra 850 - 225 = 625.

( Fais la preuve en remplaçant dans l'équation 1 x et y par leurs valeurs )

2e exercice.

x + y = 850

15 x + 9 y = 11 400

x = ( 850 - y )

15( 850 - y ) + 9 y = 11 400

12 750 - 15 y + 9y = 11 400

- 6 y = 11 400 - 12 750

- 6 y = - 1350

6 y = 1 350

y = 1 350 : 6 = 225

x = 850 - 225 = 625.

Preuve 225 places à 9 € = 9 € x 225 = 2 025 €

            625 places à 15 € = 15 € x 625 = 9 375 €

Total: 2 025 € + 9 375 € = 11 400 €
